Krae Glas is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, encompassing the College of St Monica.
It was founded in Anno Societatus 29 by former members of St Monica's. The current seneschal is Lord Yves de Lyle. Krae Glas became a Shire on January 25th A.S. XXXVIII. The Shire of Krae Glas also boasts 29 sustaining members, 4 more than is necessary for a group to become a barony. As of June 2010, there is a poll on whether or not the the Shire should apply for baronial status now.
