A coronel is an item of regalia in a Barony.

A crown is worn by a King or Queen.

A coronet is worn by a Prince or Princess.

A coronel is worn by a Baron or Baroness.

Note however that there seems to be no historical justification for the use of the word coronel, which is an obsolete term from jousting, in this context. The Lochac ceremonies use the preferred term of coronet. Coronel may be a little too twee for some people's tastes.
