The Duchy of Cashel is the subdivision of the Adrian Empire which covers all of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except the City of Richmond and Central Virginia. Sir Karl von Lagerstein and Dame Patricia Sparr were the founding duke and duchess.

This subdivision was formerly called Dunvegan but a decision was made to rename the group after a large part of the membership moved away. There was also a shire named Dunafton that went defunct in Western Virginia.

The Duchy is based largely in the Hampton Roads area, but has a canton named Westkeep in the Shenandoah Valley area. The Shire of Templemor was formerly a canton of Cashel.
