Sigund Ringeck was a 15th century German and was mentioned as a fencing master of the time of Albrecht, Duke of Bavaria (most liekly during the 1440's.
His work (MS Dresd. C 487) is primarily a longsword fechtbuch in the Liechtenauer tradition although spears are also mentioned.
His work is drawn on by Peter von Danzig.
