Winner

Also known as the 'victor'.

The winner is the person who defeats their opponent, often in combat. Winning in the SCA can often lead to a person becoming King, a barony claiming "ownership" over another barony after war, or a fighter "winning" another's consort.

There are many ways of being competitive in the SCA. In arts and sciences, a person may win several A&S competitions, thus becoming recognised by all the Laurels and then eventually becoming a laurel themselves.
