Why Arrowsreach isn't part of Stormhold

Arrowsreach branched from Stormhold due to a variety of reasons:

• The people played with each other happily.
• The fighting moved out of the city
• they wanted to form another shire.

Diversification is a great thing and one always looks forward to the time when Krae Glas and Arrowsreach both become baronies in their own right.. then of course here's the whole southern principalty issue...
