SCA time is an expression that refers to the time at which an SCA event starts. The offset from real time varies according to a complex formula, but is usually taken to be at least two hours after the advertised time.

Within some SCA groups (e.g. Stormhold, Southron Gaard), SCA time is regarded as very bad form and some barons and baronesses have even banned it.
