Armings is a dance step used in English Country Dance. It can be performed as either armings left or armings right, and is done in pairs.

To perform an armings the couple must begin facing each other and take each others right arms at the elbow. They both walk in a full circle about each other, starting with the left foot, back to their own places in the time it takes to do two doubles. Armings right is the same, but with left arms and starting with the right foot, in the opposite direction.
