The Barony of Ynys Fawr is an SCA group in the Kingdom of Lochac that geographically covers all of Tasmania and lays claim to the Australian Antarctic Territories.** Within its boundaries is the College of St Gildas the Wise.
Currently under the guidance of Baron Arnfin and Baroness Aine (pronounced Anya).
In the north of the state they hold weekly meetings on tuesday nights so if you're a stickjox, a twangjox or a pointy-thing expert, come and join in!
- The Barony is currently at war with New Zealand (also known as Gotmark) for the possession of the Antarctic Territories. The winner of Festival 2006 will have posession for the great white wasteland so come one and all and cheer on the rightful owners!
