When they broke the old Zealand, it formed 2 halves. Geography was the winner on the day.
New Zealand is a shiny and wonderful place full of excitement and adventure.
Europeans did not arrive upon its shores until 1769.
New Zealand in the SCA
Formerly part of the SCA Kingdom of Caid, New Zealand is now part of Lochac. While the SCA groups within New Zealand are not formally recognised as a distinct collective group within the Kingdom, the collective name The Crescent Isles has been at least informally adopted. Some kingdom officers (e.g. chronicler) have deputies responsible for NZ matters. SCA membership in NZ is managed by SCANZ.
