Coill Fhionnabhann is a Shire located in the Kingdom of Gleann Abhann. Geographically, it is composed of White, Independence and Cleburne counties in central Arkansas, USA. Originally known as Guardian Forest, the name was changed in February 2010.
The current Seneschal is Lady Annora
