The Shire of Burgundy is that portion of the Adrian Empire which covers northeastern Pennsylvania. It's charter defines its area as the "counties of Potter, Tioga, Bradord, Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, North Hampton, Lehigh, Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Sullivan, Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Columbia, Montour, Snyder, Union and Northumberland in the state of Pennsylvania".
