The Cross Calvary is an heraldic device depicting a Christian cross mounted upon three steps. This device is a reference to the Crucifixion of Jesus, an image central to Christianity.
Owing to it's overtly religious overtones, the Cross Calvary is a restricted device in SCA heraldry.
