Silk Slippers and Crossed Swords

Silk Slippers and Crossed Swords is a new event hosted by the Canton of Bryniau Tywynnog, a canton of the Barony of Ramshaven in the Kingdom of Ealdormere. Held in February, the event stems from an annual no-garb-required dancing collegium. A fencing tourney and garb requirement was added in A.S. XL, making it a "full-fledged" event.

"Silk Slippers", as it is commonly referred to, is one of the few events in Ealdormere with no armoured combat aspect.

The day is split between a rapier tournament and a series of dancing workshops. A feast and royal court is held in the evening.
