A Rapier Marshal within the SCA is the safety officer for the rapier or fencing community. Their main responsibilities is to inspect each combatant prior to a rapier tournament or training session.
A Group Rapier Marshal ensures that the rules are followed by members at official events and reports to the Kingdom Rapier Marshal.
