The Norroy and Ulster King of Arms is the junior of the two Proviencial Kings of Arms of England, (The Clarenceux King of Arms being the senior), under the Garter King of Arms.

The Norroy and Ulster King of Arms has jurisdiction over the counties of Northern Ireland as well as the lands of England north of the river Trent. The position has been in existance in one form or another since 1276.
