Arthemisia.

This herbe is called Mugworte or Motherworte, the vertue of thys herbe is very profitable against all diseases perteining to women. And also if a man bear this herbe about him he shal not be werye of traveling in his way. Also if this herbe be powned with talow, it healeth the sorenes of a mans feete, and akyng also. And if it be within a house, there shall no wicked spyrite abyde. Also if thys herbe be stamped and tempered with runnynge water, it healeth the aking of a mans guttes and many other evels, thys herbe is hote and drye in the second degre.
