Pill garlec and cast it in a pot with water and oile. and seeþ it, do þerto safroun, salt, and powdour fort and dresse it forth hool.

Put the garlic in a saucepan with the butter and just enough water to cover it.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the garlic is translucent, but not too mushy.
Drain the liquid, put in a serving dish and sprinkle with the powder fort.
