- Take a Crust ynche depe in a trape. take Ȝolkes of Ayren rawe & chese ruayn. & medle it & �þe Ȝolkes togyder. and do �þerto powdour gyngur. sugur. safroun. and salt. do it in a trape, bake it and serue it forth.
