bonoac St. Thomas Aquinas (1225 - 1274) was a Catholic philosopher and theologian in the scholastic tradition. He is considered by the Catholic Church to be her greatest theologian.

His two greatest works are the Summa Theologica and the Summa Contra Gentiles.
