Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) is a hardy, perennial herb with downy leaves and yellow flowers. It prefers well drained soil in the sun.
Although it is sometimes used in tea, it is more often used as a medicinal herb. In Anglo-Saxon times it was known as garclive, and was used on wounds. It has a high vitamin K content and is therefore a usefull agent for clotting blood.
