Canterbury Faire is the largest event held in New Zealand, a 5-6 day camping event involving 150+ people.
It is held over Waitangi Weekend (Feb. 6th) each year, at a site about one hour north of Christchurch. The event includes a melange of heavy tourneys, arts workshops, dancing, wars, archery, bardic arts, court, merchanting and much more besides.
