Barony of Rowany

The Barony Of Rowany is the SCA name for most of Sydney, Australia.

Rowany was named after Mistress Rowan who, was the first Laurel in Lochac and did a lot of work to get the SCA active in the area.

The current Baron and Baroness are Corin Anderson & Keridwen the Mouse

There are two colleges within the boundaries of the Barony:

• The College of St Augustine: University of New South Wales
• The College of St Ursula: University of Sydney

The Canton of Stowe on the Wowld covers the Western Suburbs of Sydney. There is a shire Agaricus which lies to the South West of Sydney, although, being a shire, are not governed by the Barony of Rowany. The Shire of Agaricus covers this region, and encompasses the College of St Malachy (University of Wollongong).
