College of Passlaqua

Unlike most other colleges in Lochac (with the sole exception of the College of Blessed Herman the Cripple), the College of Passaqua is not named after a saint. Instead it follows an English naming pattern of naming Colleges after their founder or benefactor.

Radulf Passaq(ua) was a Lord in Bedfordshire who appears in the Domesday Book.
