Rowany

Rowany is the Barony of Rowany in the Kingdom of Lochac.

Rowany is also an oft-used shorthand term for the Rowany Festival in Lochac. People in the Barony refer to this event as just Festival, which is far more appropriate since it doesn't confuse the listener, the festival is no longer held near the centre of the barony and the barony uses people from all over Lochac to help run it every year.
