Angels food (recipe)

Ingredients

• 300g fresh ricotta
• 1-2 tbs honey or sugar
• 1 - 2 tbs rosewater

Method

1. Fluff the ricotta with a fork.
2. Whisk in the honey or sugar and the desired flavouring.
