Also, I was under the impression that Masters at Arms are not actually part of the Order of Chivalry and therefore not considered knights. Is this so? - Cian Gillebhrath 13:01, 30 August 2006 (EST)

Masters of Arms are part of the Chivalry, but are not Knights. Basically, it's a knighthood for people who, for whatever reason, can't or won't swear Fealty to the Throne. user:Paul Patisz Aug 30, 12:10 EST
