Period Recipe

- Pill garlec and cast it in a pot with water and oile. and seeþ it, do þerto safroun, salt, and powdour fort and dresse it forth hool.

Modern Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 heads of garlic, divided into cloves and peeled
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- water
- 1 tsp powder fort
Method
- Put the garlic in a saucepan with the butter and just enough water to cover it.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the garlic is translucent, but not too mushy.
- Drain the liquid, put in a serving dish and sprinkle with the powder fort.
