The Chancellor of the Exchequer (often simply Exchequer) is the SCA officer who acts as the group treasurer. They deal with all the mundane financial issues of the group/s, keeping financial records and accounts, and ensuring the group/s they are in charge of are not running themselves into debt!
Some groups refer to this position as Reeve.
The Exchequer is sometimes an underappreciated job. Hug an Exchequer Today!
