House Fettered Fleur is the joint household of Viscount Menken Brechen KSCA, OP, and Dame Eleanor Cadfan OL, OP, in the SCA Kingdom of Ealdormere. The household is dedicated to the chivalric ideals of hospitality, courtesy and service, as well as the pursuit of excellence in both the martial and peaceful arts.

Dame Eleanor is also the Mistress of Fettered Cock Pewters, a mainstay of the merchant area of the Pennsic Wars for over fifteen years.
