- CHARLET. XXXIX.
- Take Pork and seeþ it wel. hewe it smale. cast it in a panne. breke ayrenn and do þerto and swyng it wel togyder. do þerto Cowe mylke and Safroun and boile it togyder. salt it & messe it forth.
