*1 Tbsp [[coriander]] seeds
*1 mild [[onion]], sliced
*3 Tbsp good [[olive]] oil

*3 Tbsp red [[wine]] [[vinegar]]

Sprinkle the tuna with cinnamon and pepper. Coarsly grind the coriander and whisk together with the oil, honey, and vinegar. Sauté lightly and set aside. Broil, grill, or pan-sear the tuna to your liking. Slice the tuna into strips, and top with the fried onions and honey dressing.
