*800g tuna steaks 2-3cm thick
*ground pepper
*ground cinnamon
*1 Tbsp coriander seeds
*1 mild onion, sliced
*3 Tbsp good olive oil
*3 Tbsp honey
*3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Sprinkle the tuna with cinnamon and pepper. Coarsly grind the coriander and whisk together with the oil, honey, and vinegar. Sauté lightly and set aside. Broil, grill, or pan-sear the tuna to your liking. Slice the tuna into strips, and top with the fried onions and honey dressing.
