Almond Milk was used instead of real milk on Lenten days. We have found the following a good way to make it.
Almonk Milk
Mix together and let sit until cooled.
If you dont mind the grainyness, you can then use as is, makes about 2 cups
or...
Strain out the almonds and use just the milk, give you a little over a cup of milk and just under a cup of almond goo.
