The term "wayfaring" has evolved within the SCA to mean travelling to events held by SCA groups which are not your own local group. This can range from travelling mudanely within your own city, state, county or province, but for the truly adventurous also covers international travel. This is most likely a regional usage, restricted (at a guess) to Lochac.
One who wayfares is a wayfarer.
