Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 egg whites + enough milk to make 2/3 cup of liquid
- 2 tbsp sugar
- dash of salt
- oil
- powdered sugar
Method
- Beat together flour, egg whites, milk sugar and salt.
- Heat oil to 375F in a large frying pan.
- Drizzle the batter into the hot oil quickly. Cook each side for 30 seconds.
- Remove from oil and drain.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
