Almond Milk was used instead of real milk on Lenten days. We have found the following a good way to make it.
Almonk Milk
- 1 cup ground Almonds
- 2 cups boiling water
Mix together and let sit until cooled.
If you dont mind the grainyness, you can then use as is, makes about 2 cups
