This herbe is called Celidon or Teterwort, his vertue is as Poliminus saith, if the byrdes of swalow be blynde, the damme of the byrdes fetcheth of this herbe and healeth their eies therwith, it is good for the Canker in a mans mouth, it is good for the toth ache and to clense a mans heade, thys herbe is hote and dry in the seconde degre.
