Hi, I changed your edit to Baronial level awards back pending a reference. Can you provide a reference to an Outlandish Baronial award which is armigerous? It would certainly be exceptional! AlexandreDavigne 05:02, 18 July 2009 (EST)

Beautiful, that's exactly what I was looking for. The key phrase, I think, though, is "subject to the pleasure of the Crown." Corpora is pretty clear (VIII.B) about who can give AoAs etc. The specific phrase is VIII.B.4: "Below kingdom level, orders may not convey Arms, unless specifically delegated by the Crown." Which appears to have more or less taken place. Thanks so much for pointing this out.
