Tournaments Illuminated (or TI) is a glossy SCA quarterly periodical that is printed and distributed by the Stock Clerk in the USA. If you are in Lochac and getting deliveries by seamail then your issues could be delivered 3 to 9 months behind.
It contains research articles, advertising and messages from the SCA (USA) Board of Directors. It is an SCA-wide publication, not a kingdom magazine.
