Boroughs

So am I to understand that the SCA College of Arms has allowed the East Kingdom to title the SCA branch at a University as the Borough of Blah instead of the College of Blah? Why then doesn't the official EK website list any colleges or boroughs? (except the modern boroughs or suburban cities of NY) I am very confused about this. - Cian Gillebhrath 10:37, 22 Oct 2004 (EST)
