I suspect some regionalism crept in there: Everyone here in Canada who hears the word "Petawawa" immediately assumes "military" -- CFB Petawawa being one of the largest military bases in the country. Stronghold?

All "Strongholds" are militarily based. I suspect some regionalism crept in there: Everyone here in Canada who hears the word "Petawawa" immediately assumes "military" -- CFB Petawawa being one of the largest military bases in the country.
