it is probably worthy of note (although I am not the man to insert it into the main article) that the British Parliamentary webite (http://www.parliament.uk/documents/upload/G11.pdf) now states unequivocally that Edward's successor was William, thus finally accepting that Harold was a mere foresworn usurper -- Simoncursitor 21:02, 20 March 2008 (EST)
