I'm not happy with the finer details of the layout of this (line spacing, degree of indent, etc), but you should be able to tell which is which now. I'd appreciate if you could improve the layout, since I'll be wanting to do this again. |

Sorry, I was holding off, waiting for layout markup insporation, and forgot.
