Whoa! Someone needs to work out what happened for clich�'d in Cunnan. Foreign alphabets not working? - Cian Gillebhrath 15:49, 1 Jul 2004 (EST)
There was a problem with some foreign characters during the most recent upgrade. Tobin managed to fix it up, but anything that got corrected in the meantime got damaged during Tobin's fix.
