The '''Order of the Stag''' is an [[SCA]] [[award]] given in the [[Kingdom of the Outlands]], given by the [[Crown]] to those persons who have [[service|served]] their [[kingdom]] well and faithfully, far above and beyond the service normally expected from a citizen of the kingdom.  The holders of this award shall be styled as '"Stags of the Outlands" and shall be entitled to place the [[alphabet soup|initials]] "O.S.O." after their [[name]]s. This award also carries with it a [[Grant of Arms]].
