It appears that, in Lochac's future, it's entirely possible for there to be a "Southern principality", which could potentially include Innilgard, Stormhold, Krae Glas, Arrowsreach, Cairn Faill, Bryn-a-mor, College of St Monica, College of St Bartholomew, Bordercros and Ynys Fawr.

The geography is there. The members are potentially there. It's only a matter of time...
