The Shire of Burgandy is that portion of the Adrian Empire which covers northeastern Pennsylvania. It's charter defines its area as the "counties of Potter, Tioga, Bradord, Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, North Hampton, Lehigh, Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Sullivan, Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Columbia, Montour, Snyder, Union and Northumberland in the state of Pennsylvania".

Note that Burgandy is spelled differently from the Medieval French Duchy (and modern province) of Burgundy.
