The Crown Principality of Insulae Draconis encompasses the 9 shires of the United Kingdom and Ireland. After many long years of attemting to unite themselves under a single name and banner these 9 shires were granted the right to form a Crown Principality in June 2003.
The current rulers are a Viceroy and Vicereine chosen by armed combat every six months. Sir Michael de Brad and Duchessa Alessandra Melusine are currently holding these positions.
