List keeper

The list keeper is in charge of running tournaments. Fighters sign up with the list officer at the beginning of a tournament, and it's the list officer's job to make sure the fighters are authorised (and their authorisation card has not expired), arrange the draw for the fighters according to the tournament style, record who won each bout and the overall winner.

They are also responsible for keeping up to date with the hit list of fighters for the group they are officer to (sometimes. we like to hope they're responsible for this, but it doesn't always happen ;D).
